Cancellation Policy
A "Cancellation & No Show Policy" applies to all rooms and rates. Failure to notify reception of your non arrival by 1.00 pm the day before your expected arrival date will incur the first night's charge.
Deposit / Payment Policy
To finalise your booking we require a credit card number, and authorisation. This will secure your booking. No monies are deducted from your card, until arrival; or alternatively other payment options are available upon check in. We do not accept cheques, unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

Parking Policy
Free parking is available on-site. If you are travelling with a truck, trailer, caravan, or large vehicle, please contact us in advance to discuss parking arrangements.
No Party Policy
We have a strict "No Party Policy" to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion we also reserve the right to have you removed from the premises with no refunds.
No Smoking in rooms
A designated smoking area is available.
We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for extra cleaning for smoking in the room. This includes cleaning and airing out the room, and 1 or 2 nights of non selling the room.
Security of your personal information
Any personal information that we collect about customers including email addresses will be kept in our database. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is protected against misuse, disclosure and unauthorised access, including restricting access of personal information only to employees who require it in order to fulfill our obligations to you.
We will not disclose any personal information to third parties outside our company or our direct contractors, without your written authority (except to the individual to whom the personal information relates) unless we are required by law or it is otherwise necessary.
In addition, we will comply with all legislation, principles, industry codes and policies by which we are bound (including without limitation the Privacy act 1988)

Pet Policy
Please advise management of your pet’s breed, size, and any relevant details at the time of booking. Acceptance of pets is at management’s discretion.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, the following pet policy applies:
- A pet fee will be added to your booking.
- Pets must be kept on a lead at all times while outside your room.
- Pets are permitted in designated pet-friendly rooms only.
- Pets are not permitted in the pool area.
- For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets must always be supervised.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Pets must not create excessive noise or disturbances to other guests.
- The pet fee covers standard cleaning only. Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning is required or if any damage occurs.
- Failure to comply with this policy may result in the immediate removal of the pet from the property.
